One of the books I&#8217;m reading <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2007\/02\/04\/books\/review\/Weber.t.html?pagewanted=all&#038;_r=0\">Paris: The Secret History<\/a>, mentioned the singer Brigette Fontaine as being the sound of avant-garde Paris in the 60s, so naturally I looked her up on YouTube.
